This Distance Sales Agreement has been executed electronically between the Seller (AGROMİLA TİCARET A.Ş.) and the Buyer. This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the Parties during the purchase and delivery process of the products offered by the Seller on the Site and purchased by the Buyer.

ARTICLE 1 – DEFINITIONS

• Agreement: This Distance Sales Agreement executed between the Seller and the Buyer.
• Service: All consumer transactions other than the supply of goods.
• Site: The website owned by the Seller: www.agromila.com.
• Parties: The Seller and the Buyer.
• Product or Products: Any goods offered for sale on the Site.

• Buyer: The person who purchases a product under this Agreement.

ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCT INFORMATION

• Details such as the type, brand, model, color, quantity, sales price, payment method, delivery and billing address of the product or service are provided here.
• Product descriptions and prices will be provided on the Site.

ARTICLE 4 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

• Buyer acknowledges that they have read and approved the basic characteristics of the product, the sales price, payment method, and delivery conditions.
• Seller shall deliver the products to the Buyer within 30 days at the latest. If delivery is delayed, the Buyer has the right to terminate the Agreement.
• Seller shall arrange delivery through a courier company. If the Buyer or the person authorized by the Buyer is not present at the delivery address, the Seller may deem delivery as fulfilled.
• Right of Withdrawal: The Buyer may return the product within 14 days after receiving it. However, the right of withdrawal cannot be used for certain products (e.g., goods prepared according to personal needs).

ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

• Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days after receiving the product.
• Right of withdrawal requires that the product must not have been used and must be returned.
• Seller will refund the payment within 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice.

Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used:

• Goods prepared according to personal needs,
• Perishable goods,
• Products whose packaging has been opened after delivery, etc.

ARTICLE 6 – RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

• In case of a dispute, the Consumer Arbitration Committees or the relevant Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction.

This Agreement has been read and accepted by the Buyer and has gained validity through electronic approval.
