Warranty Conditions
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated. The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered to the consumer and is applied in accordance with the principles set forth by the Guarantee Certificate Regulation No. 29029 issued by the Ministry of Customs and Trade and the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.
For the warranty conditions to be valid, you must check the product during delivery. If you detect any damage, you must have a report issued by the courier and avoid accepting the product. Any modifications, deformation, or alteration to the original design of the product will void the warranty.
Product Return Conditions
If the product you purchased through our website is defective, you must contact us within 14 days from the date of delivery through our online support section. After this process, the defective product you send to us via the cargo company will be replaced with a new one.
If the product defect is due to customer misuse or if the product has been used within the 14-day period, a return or exchange cannot be processed. Product return and exchange procedures will be carried out in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.
The return period begins on the date the product is received and this period is 14 days.
Products Not Eligible for Return
If products are returned used, worn, washed, or damaged, we may have to send them back to you.
Delivery and Inspection
The buyer is obliged to inspect the product during delivery. If the product is dented, broken, or its packaging is torn, defective or damaged products must not be accepted. A product that is accepted is considered to be intact and undamaged. After delivery, the buyer must protect the product carefully.
If the right of withdrawal is to be used, the product must not be used. The invoice must also be returned with the product.
Return Procedure
You can return your products free of charge using the contracted cargo company code. For returns made with other cargo companies, the shipping fee will be covered by the sender, and returns sent with payment on delivery will not be accepted and will be returned. The products will be inspected by our team to ensure they are undamaged. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back with payment on delivery.

Refund Payment Process
The refund for returned products will be reflected in your account within 7–15 business days in accordance with bank procedures. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be transferred back to your card within a maximum of 7 business days. If the purchase was made in installments, the refund will also be issued in installments. For debit cards, the reflection time may be longer.
